UTC Employee Scholar Program

All Chubb employees worldwide can take advantage of UTC’s Employee Scholar Program to further their education. Under the program, UTC pays all tuition, books, and academic fees, and rewards graduating employees with UTC shares or share options. Employees can choose any field of study, not necessarily job-related.

This program, which has been described by independent observers as one of the largest of its kind in the world, was started in 1996. Chairman and CEO of UTC, George David said, “Our goal is to have the best educated workforce on the planet.”
